Focus on enhancing and understanding the dynamics between individuals in relationships, whether they are romantic partners, family members, or friends. Space and support to help people navigate conflict, deepen connections, improve communication, and heal attachment wounds.

Emotions 101
This 8-week psychoeducational group creates a space for experiential learning about emotions, in a safe and supportive environment. The class includes guided exercises in noticing, experiencing, and processing emotions. The Change Triangle framework can be seen as a guide to balance head and heart, left and right brain, top and bottom brain. Including what is happening nonjudgmentally in the mind and connecting it to the body. 8-week commitment highly encouraged. Sliding scale available. New groups will begin periodically; if interested contact to place name on participant list.

Clinical Supervision

I am an approved LCSW-BACS since 2023 by the Louisiana Board of Social Workers for LMSWs interested in attaining licensure as an LCSW.
As a clinical supervisor, I support LMSWs in building their clinical skills in preparation for clinical licensure. I have eight years of experience working with adolescents, families, and individuals to address trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression.
Individual supervision is scheduled in 1.0-hour appointments and offered on sliding scale pricing. Schedule a call to learn more.
Insurance & Pricing
Insurance & Pricing
I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, United, Oxford, Oscar Health. I offer sliding scale pricing ($70-$140) for those paying out of pocket.
If your insurance is out-of-network Superbills are available upon request. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please note, if submitting a Superbill, it is your responsibility to communicate with your insurance provider to determine if direct reimbursement is possible.
