Specializing in trauma recovery, the way I work approaches your healing through a combination of therapies - including mindfulness, somatic, and emotionally focused practices - meaning, we’ll tailor your treatment to fit your personal needs.
When we work together my commitment is to create an open-minded, non-judgmental, integrative therapy experience, wherein you can feel supported and empowered to be completely yourself.
It’s my goal to serve you in a way that’s warm, authentic, and transparent. I encourage honest, open conversation - no matter your background or lifestyle - because I welcome whatever makes you, you. Wherever you are now, know that you don’t have to do this alone. Reach out - it would be my privilege to help you take that next step.
My professional background includes working in community mental health, and non-profit settings as an individual and family therapist. In 2014, I received my Bachelor's in Sociology at the University of New Orleans, and, in 2016, a Master of Social Work at Tulane University. I am also a Certified Trauma Prevention and Recovery Specialist.
In addition to my private practice, I am a co-founder of Wellness Project New Orleans, a worker-led non-profit that provides free and sliding scale therapy to those who have no insurance or are underinsured.
