During the course of my Land Use Planning and Sustainable Development course, we studied the Downtown Youngstown area and came up with a plan for re-development of the Spring Commons area. My group and I came up with a plan that would include infill, mixed-use development, relocation of the WRTA station and much needed greenspace additions. This report goes into the details of our re-development plan for Downtown Youngstown.
