Ph.D. degree in Physics from Sri Venkateswara University, India in 2011. Now, he is a Research Professor at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Gumi, South Korea. His current research interests are (i) Nano-Schottky junctions (ii) III–V and II–IV based optoelectronic devices, (iii) bio–hybrid devices, and (iv) flexible and artificial intelligence devices.
