1.       Graphene based materials and application

2.       Growth, doping, bandgap engineering, and heteroepitaxy and characterizations of wide bandgap semiconductor thin film (GaN, ZnO)

3.       Device fabrication and characterization with wide bandgap semiconductor

4.       Synthesis and characterization of semiconductor nanostructures

5.       Doping, bandgap engineering, and heteroepitaxy in 1D nanostructures for quantum functional nanodevices

6.       Electrical and optical characterizations of 1D nanorod quantum structures

7.       Nanoscale photonic and electronic devices and functionally integrated nanosystems
