When sending payment, please always memo your username & item or if paying for shipping, memo username and shipping
For those who are sending payment as F&F, after you have my payment info after the first time joining
You can pretty much just send payment directly after DMing me. Sometimes I will just react with an emoji and you can just send payment after. But overall, you don't really need to wait for a response from me. I will contact you if any problems occur.
Which is why it is also important you check the MASTER LIST to make sure I have you added
GO Process
You pay for item cost (Payment #1)
I order items from country origin, usually Japan or Mainland China
Items ship to country's warehouse after release (Items are often Pre-Order and will take time before release)
I wait until enough items are in storage or storage limit has been hit to ship items in bulk for cheaper shipping
Note: It can take months without update before items arrive to me
Items arrive to me, I sort and calculate shipping fees
You pay for shipping fee (Payment #2)
I ship out
If you have any requests, such as shipping as priority mail only, cardboard box packaging, etc please let me know. I usually just choose the cheapest or most convenient method for me. Also best if you can confirm with me EVERY TIME I request shipping payment.

Items are usually pre-order and will take time (months) to get to me.
Due to proxy rules, items from CN may have packaging opened for inspection.
Is it likely that item packaging have some damage caused during transportation.
Fragile items such as glass & ceramic are likely to break during transportation. If they do break, there would be NO REFUNDS unless I am able to get a refund.
For CN: Liquid items / items with restrictions mostly get shipped separately.
e.g. If you order 1 quicksand and 1 acrylic stand they will be arriving at separate times to me and you will have to pay shipping on 2 separate packages
The above applies to all items in general. If items do get damaged during transportion, there would be NO REFUNDS unless I am able to get a refund.
If a package goes missing enroute to me, I also would be unable to provide a refund unless I get refunded.
I am not trying to run a business. My GOs are not a way for me to pay for living expenses.Liquid items are risky and expensive to ship. Quicksand items should be okay, but especially in the case of perfume / fragrances from CN, if it gets confiscated by customs there would likely be NO REFUNDS.
Please note I work from a carpeted floor and have long hair so sometimes things can / will get caught in packaging... ^^;
