What payments am I sending?

There will be 2 main payments I will be receiving from you.
1) Item Cost

2) Shipping Costs - Includes shipping cost from origin country to me & Shipping cost from me to you

Sometimes there may also be other costs such as the shipping cost within origin country (from shop to warehouse).

Would be added to either payment #1 or #2 depending on situation.

What is a kuji / gacha?

Offline they are different things, but online, they are basically the same thing.
Online Kuji / Gacha are another word for lottery.
You buy pulls and get a random item per pull.
You are unable to choose the item you want. Only method would to buy off someone else.

What countries / sites do you order from? Are individual / personal orders (IO) accepted?

I mainly order from Mainland China & Japan. Can order from most platforms / websites.

I rarely ever order from Taiwan. Would recommend looking elsewhere, but if needed can help. Just note, might be a bit pricy.

CAUTION :

Especially P4P items from CN: There are stores, most commonly on weidian, where seller only updates tracking through social media such as wechat, weibo, etc.

Tracking # is needed for CN warehouse to link package to my account.
If this ends up happening with your order, I likely will be unable to access the info and receive your order. There would be NO REFUNDS. If I do happen to be able to find the tracking number, there will be an additional fee of $3 per item. (Only applies to cases where seller only updates tracking through social media)

JP warehouse charges per package received so additional $2 will be added to JP IOs.

Where are you shipping from? Do you ship internationally?

Shipping from NYC, NY, USA.
Shipping internationally is available, but do note shipping from US internationally is not cheap.

Can I pick-up items?

Pick-up okay, please contact for more details. Pick-up from Queens, NYC.

Can you hold items?

For the most part, no.
If it's small items in a small amount, like a charm I can, but larger items like CN acrylic stands and books, no.
If next item is closer to arriving to me, maybe.
Please understand as I work from my apartment living room and need to clear out space quickly.

I recently just paid for shipping and you billed me again for something else?

Knowing when packages will arrive to me is hard. I usually don't notice till they actually get delivered to me.
So sometimes another package might arrive just after I shipped yours out and you'll have to pay shipping again.

How long before I get the items?

Items can take up to half a year after release date to get to me, though usually should arrive about 2 months after release date.
I'll need time to sort after getting the items, so add about another 2 weeks - 1 month from there.
I do realise I tend to not put release dates in my tweets (sorry about that, release date isn't exactly a high priority in my mind), if any questions, feel free to message me.

How can I check the status of my items?

To check if items have arrived to me yet, check Master List, Column A. Adjust filter if needed.

I don't see my request listed on the GO List ?

Usually will be updated within a 2-3 days.

If it has been over 1 week since you've requested (and paid), please DM me.

I've paid but status is not updated?

If it has been over 1 week since you've paid, please DM me.

I've paid for shipping, but I haven't received a tracking number / tracking status not updated?

Please allow up to 2 weeks after shipping payment. Tracking number will be sent to your e-mail.

If no updates after 2 weeks, please contact me.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, but there would be NO REFUNDS. However, if you have someone who wants to take over your order, you can contact me and a refund can be issued then.
If you paid through Paypal G&S, there would only be a partial refund as PP stopped refunding fees with refunds.
