NoMatesRates is an invoice and quote generation application that allows users to:
Create invoices and quotations
Manage billing details
Use voice-to-text for faster data entry
The App is provided for personal and business use.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful information in invoices and quotes
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the App for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities
You are solely responsible for the content you create using the App.
All data is stored locally on your device
You are responsible for backing up your data
We are not responsible for any data loss due to device issues, deletion, or app removal
The App may use speech recognition features to convert voice into text.
By using this feature, you consent to:
Temporary processing of audio by system or third-party services
No storage of voice recordings by us
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, features, and functionality, are owned by NoMatesRates.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unauthorized commercial distribution
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
NoMatesRates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for errors in invoices or financial losses
Use of the App is at your own risk
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free operation
Continuous availability
Accuracy of generated documents
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue the App at any time
Restrict access if terms are violated
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
