Welcome to NoMatesRates. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NoMatesRates website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using NoMatesRates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.
To use NoMatesRates:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
When you create an account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use NoMatesRates only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
Reverse engineer, modify, copy, or distribute the application without permission.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service.
NoMatesRates offers optional premium subscriptions with automatic renewal.
For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans are displayed within the application before purchase.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not refund the current subscription period.
NoMatesRates may offer a free plan with limited features.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time without prior notice.
All purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple.
Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies and should be requested directly from Apple through your Apple Account.
You retain ownership of the quotes, invoices, documents, and other content you create using NoMatesRates.
By using the service, you grant NoMatesRates a limited license to securely store, process, and display your content solely for providing, maintaining, and improving the service.
All software, logos, trademarks, branding, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property associated with NoMatesRates are owned by NoMatesRates and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, secure, or error-free.
Maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
NoMatesRates is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoMatesRates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.
Your continued use of NoMatesRates after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
