This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made within the app across different platforms.
All purchases made in NoMatesRates are processed through third-party platforms such as:
Apple App Store (iOS devices)
Google Play Store (Android devices)
👉 We do not directly process payments and therefore do not have control over billing or refunds.
If you made a purchase on an iPhone or iPad:
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple
You must request refunds through Apple’s official system
Sign in with your Apple ID
Select the purchase
Choose “Request a refund”
👉 Approval of refunds is at Apple’s discretion.
If you made a purchase on Android:
Refunds are handled by Google Play
You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase via Google Play
Go to “Orders”
Select the purchase
Click “Request a refund” or “Report a problem”
👉 After 48 hours, refunds are subject to Google’s policies.
If your app includes subscriptions:
You can cancel anytime via your App Store or Google Play account
Cancellation stops future billing
Current billing cycles are non-refundable
Refunds may not be granted in cases such as:
Change of mind after purchase
Partial use of features
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
