Thank you for choosing NoMatesRates. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription billing are handled for purchases made through the NoMatesRates mobile application.
NoMatesRates offers optional premium subscriptions and other in-app purchases through authorized app marketplaces.
All payments are processed securely by the platform from which you downloaded the application. As a result, we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Purchases made through NoMatesRates are processed by:
Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad)
Google Play Store (Android devices)
Because these platforms manage billing and payment processing, their refund policies apply to all purchases.
If you purchased a subscription or in-app purchase through Apple's App Store:
Payments are processed by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
Refund approvals are made solely at Apple's discretion in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
To request a refund:
Sign in using your Apple ID.
Select the purchase.
Choose Request a Refund and follow Apple's instructions.
If you purchased through Google Play:
Payments are processed by Google.
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
In many cases, Google allows refund requests within a limited period after purchase, although eligibility depends on Google's current policies.
To request a refund:
Open Google Play.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & Order History (or your Order History).
Select the relevant purchase.
Choose Report a Problem or follow Google's refund process.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple Account Settings.
Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Google Play Subscriptions settings.
When you cancel:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No further automatic renewals will occur after cancellation.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Unless required by applicable law or approved by Apple or Google, refunds are generally not available for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to use the application.
Partial use of subscription benefits.
Failure to cancel before the subscription renewal date.
Purchases made accidentally where the platform's refund policy does not permit a refund.
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using NoMatesRates, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
