Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading or using any mobile application published on the Apple App Store by Noman Afzal ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using an app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the apps.
Licence to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on any Apple device that you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
What You May Not Do
You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our apps; not to rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute them; not to remove any copyright or proprietary notice; and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
Our apps, together with their code, design, graphics, text, and trademarks, remain the property of Noman Afzal or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Where an app offers a paid item or a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms, and refund requests must be made to Apple rather than to us.
Updates and Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue an app or any of its features at any time without notice. Some updates may require a compatible device or a newer version of iOS.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that an app will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use our apps.
Apple's Role
Your use of our apps is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for our apps or their content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for them. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Termination
These Terms apply until they are terminated by you or by us. Your rights end automatically if you breach any of them, and you must then stop using the apps and delete them from your devices.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of an app after a change takes effect means that you accept the revised Terms.
