Reporting a Bug
To help us fix a problem quickly, please include your device model, your iOS version, the app name and version, and a short description of what you were doing when the problem happened. A screenshot always helps.
Feature Requests
Tell us what you would like an app to do. We read every suggestion, even when we cannot build it right away.
Billing and Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
