Nomads of the Messiah Fund 

The purpose of the Nomads of the Messiah Fund is to show the hand of the LORD God in the lives of those who are in need of Him. Indeed, by following the commandments of the LORD God, we become like His hands, doing His works, which includes caring for and providing for His creation, especially those in need.

So, if you want to play a part in doing His Will, what can you do?

It is simple.

The LORD God blesses each of us with gifts, which we share with the world. These gifts are from Him, and we give them to those who need them. Each of us knows, or eventually learns, what gifts the LORD God has given us, expecting us to share with others. These may be talents, skills, strengths, generosity, and even wealth.

It is the last of these — wealth — that Jesus (Yeshua in Hebrew) speaks perhaps most directly about.

Indeed, Jesus is very clear as to what we are to do with the gifts of wealth that the LORD God gives us.

When a man asked Jesus, after disciplining himself to follow all of the Ten Commandments, what else should he do?

Jesus said, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.” — Matthew 19:21

Why must we give away our wealth to those in need?

Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven. Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.” — Matthew 19:23

When we give to others, it is good for the giver as well as the receiver. The giver sees the glory of the LORD as they pass onto another in need His love. The receiver sees the revelation of the LORD caring for them when they are in need.

When we do not obey this commandment, evil spreads in the world, and all become deprived of the love of the LORD God. When we care for one another as commanded, the LORD God blesses us further, and His abundance of goodness becomes evident to all.

So, if you are reading this, and recognize that the LORD God has blessed you with extra money that you do not need today, and see how this money can go to help others who are in immediate need, then you are about to play a role in the work of the LORD God.

Please help us care for others in need, who are waiting for you now to do the works of the LORD, by donating to the Nomads of the Messiah Fund, so that we may distribute it to those the groups of people that the LORD God commands all to give to: the homeless, the hungry, the widow, the orphan, and the foreigner. We give to these groups every dollar donated directly, as food, or towards need as expressed as we encounter them in our ministry. We do not keep any money for our ministry, as commanded by the LORD God.
