By downloading or using the application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. About Noka

Noka is an ambient sound application designed to help users relax, sleep, meditate and focus.

The app provides immersive soundscapes and personalization features.

2. Subscriptions

Noka offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions automatically renew.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Apple.

Noka does not store payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the application;

• attempt to interfere with its operation;

• reverse engineer or redistribute the application except where permitted by applicable law.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Noka available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may change or be removed without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

Noka is provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only.

It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Noka.

9. Privacy

Your use of Noka is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Apple Standard EULA

Unless otherwise specified, your use of Noka is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
