Anonymous Analytics

To improve the quality of Noka, we use PostHog (EU Cloud) to collect anonymous usage analytics.

The information collected may include:

• Anonymous installation identifier

• App version

• Device model

• Operating system and version

• Language and region settings

• Time zone

• Screen resolution

• Session information

• Technical diagnostics

• Anonymous onboarding navigation events

• Anonymous experience rating (0–10)

These analytics help us understand how users interact with the onboarding experience and identify opportunities to improve the app.

We do not use analytics to identify individual users.

Information Stored Only on Your Device

Some information used to personalize your experience is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

This may include:

• Personalization preferences

• Ambient sound preferences

• Sleep and relaxation preferences

• Dynamic sound settings

• Equalizer calibration

• Onboarding responses

• App settings

Sensitive information such as wellness preferences or onboarding answers remains on your device.

Noka does not sell personal information.

4. Subscriptions

Noka offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions processed securely through Apple.

We do not receive your payment information.

Billing and subscription management are handled entirely by Apple.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics are retained only for as long as necessary to improve the application.

Information stored locally remains on your device until you remove the application or clear its data.
