We are an all volunteer effort to create meaningful resources and media that we hope can contribute to a more science-based discussion on the ethics of neighborhood noise policies, with an initial focus on dog barking policies due to the global prevalence, intensive impacts, and cultural complexity of this particular source of noise pollution.
