Schenectady's students and teachers deserve to work and learn in a safe, supportive environment. Our values of mutual respect and dignity should ground our efforts to ensure that all members of our community feel secure and valued.
Parents, family members, and caregivers play an essential role in supporting their children's education. We should empower them to actively participate in school decision making and recognize them as unique assets who can enrich the education of all students.
