Dr. Balaji Gururajan
I completed my PhD from PSG College of Technology (Anna University, Chennai, India, 2020). My PhD thesis was on RF Magnetron sputtered CZTS absorber layer for thin film solar cells. Currently I am working under Prof. WS Liu as a Post doctoral researcher in MOST-Taiwan sponsored project on Type II Superlattice structures for Photodetectors using MBE. I also assist bachelors and master's students in their research projects like CZTS solar cells, AlN/ GaN heterostructures, quantum dots etc., I have published 10 international articles and have 85 citations (Google Scholar). I have attended International conferences at USA, France and Sri Lanka (2019-2020).
I like to go hiking, long walks and watch a lot of Netflix series. I also like to read books related to history. I am passionate about cricket. I am into stock markets / mutual funds and recently learning about cryptocurrency.

Sui-Hua Wu
AlN / GaN - Sputtering
I joined this laboratory in September 2019. I am from Taoyuan and graduated from Hiking University of Science and Technology. I am good at handling paperwork and joined the laboratory because of my interest in the technology industry. In my free time, I like to watch film albums and read novels, such as science fiction and detective genres.
Yu Jiang
I graduated in 2018 from Group C of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Yuan Ze University. I further continued in our school after graduation to complete the master's degree. Currently in this laboratory, I am responsible for research related to IGZO thin film transistors. Improve the electrical characteristics and durability of the device by improving the experimental process. I have co-authored over 1 journal paper. Won the Yuan Ze University Excellent Paper Award in 2020, and won the Yuan Ze University Academic Gold Award at the same time.
Po-Hao Chang
I graduated from Yuan Ze University with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 2020. I expect to graduate from Yuan Ze University with a master's degree in electrical engineering in 2021. My Master's thesis mainly focuses on the growth of Type II InAs/GaSb superlattice structure infrared detectors fabricated using MBE. I am proficient in handling MBE. I have a good understanding of the manufacturing process and techniques of the optoelectronic laboratory.
In addition to doing research, I usually like outdoor activities, traveling around, climbing mountains, etc. I like sports, especially playing basketball. I also joined the departmental basketball team in college and participated in games for several years. Now I often go to fitness and exercise. I learned a lot when I entered the laboratory, and I hope there will be good development in the future.
