12/16/2025 :The ARC recommended conceptual approval with the details to be worked out at the staff level. The ARC recommended the following:

• Removal of the paneling below the glass.
• Extension of the window glazing to the sill, with the window configured to include three horizontal panes and four vertical panes.
• Simplify the transom to a single arch.
