A workshop will be organized to evaluate the applications of the Customer Relations course, which is taught jointly in the departments that provide intermediate staff in the service sector such as Public Relations, Marketing, Office Management, Logistics and Tourism with the participation of 4 teachers from all the common schools and to prepare the educational materials that can be used for students with learning difficulties. With this study, it is aimed for students who have learning difficulties being able to gain these outcomes; understanding the importance of personal care, develop relationships with customers for the benefit of business, comprehending interview methods with customers, understanding importance of analyzing customer profile, following customer requests at work, using body language effectively and being part of sales, marketing team. All participants in the activity will be responsible for designing appropriate educational material for the purpose of the activity.

The theoretical preparation of the activity will be finalized at planned online meetings. In the first three days of the activity, all partner schools will share the works done in this area in their own country, and in the remaining two days they will design educational materials and evaluate these materials.

Cooperative learning, direct instruction method, brainstorming and small grup activities are the methods and technics which will be used in this activitiy period.
