Thanks for checking us out! This helps my disabled, veteran dad feel useful, and needed.
Do you have a DIY program?
The Consumer Reporting Agencies don't want to deal with disputes. Their suspicious mail policies completely ignore how the USPS operates, so they can pretend they are "looking out" for the consumer. Even if the consumer mails the letters from home, the postmark comes from one of 251 processing plants, rather than the local post office. Sending letters Certified means the LOCAL post office has to scan the letter, starting the tracking process.
We take care of the folding, stuffing the envelope, addressing the envelope, and getting the correct postage on it (even the post office uses a postage meter for Certified, and so do we). We will send the letters to your client, so all they have to do is take them to the post office. If they go inside, they can ask the clerk to postmark stamped letters. Certified means they have to go inside to get that first scan (and they might have to insist/explain about the $0.04 metered mail discount).
If arbitration &/or litigation are weapons in your arsenal, we will even invoice the consumer - showing more participation/involvement.
