Certified Mailā„¢

Step 1 - Connect with us via Instagram, Google Chat, emailšŸ“Ø, or Facebook

Chat with us to make sure we're a good fit. When you are ready, fill out our order form, https://forms.gle/PFCn4uS2X6ViUdnE8

Step 2 - We send you a detailed invoice

This is our first quick, peek at your documents. The invoice has at least one line per client showing the total number of pages, the required postage, and our handling fee.

Your documents will be printed in Black & White, duplexed (double-sided) unless you direct us otherwise.

Following the receipt of your ZelleĀ® payment, your letters enter the production line.

Do you want to "cut" to the front of the line? We check on our prepaid clients FIRST, at the start of each workday. Other forms of payment are available with retainers.

Step 3 - Print and Sort

We prefer to print double-sided (duplex), to save you šŸ’²šŸ’² on postage!

While we are separating the letters from one another, we give them a QUICKĀ  lšŸ‘€kĀ  for completeness. Did all the pages print (each page has a page number, even the attachments)?

(To be honest, we may have already printed [and sorted] your letters. It makes getting all the details on invoices MUCH easier.)

Step 4 - Address Envelopes

This is where our customization really shines! We "get a kick" out of turning your handwritten printing into a font that we use on YOUR envelopes.

The Consumer Reporting Agencies are looking for reasons to say your letter is "suspicious" so they can send you a "stall" letter (and discourage you).

Most of OUR handwritten printing is done for Certified Mailā„¢ (Form 3800's & Form 3811's).

Step 5 - Folding and "Stuffing"

This is where we catch the most "oopsie-daisy's" because of the time spent LšŸ‘€KING while hand-folding and "stuffing" the letter in the envelope. It is easy to forget attachments like the Power of Attorney, photo identification, or proofs of address. If we notice something that doesn't seem quite right, we're quick to message/email you.Ā

Your timeā³ is just as šŸ’²valuablešŸ’° as ours; we want your lettersāœ‰ļøļø to $ucceed.

Step 6 - "Weigh-in"

We use a postal scale to get the correct postage.

We use a postage meter for certified mail, and sometimes larger, heavier letters (items that even the post office uses a postage meter, for).

We STRONGLY recommend having the Ready-to-Send letters sent to your client, so they can put them in the mail in their local area (reducing the odds of a "stall" letter being sent).

Yes, the family patriarch was in the military.

Step 7 - Deliver letters to the post office

Rain, sleet, snow, or shine - we get to the post office on-time (it's only 4 blocks away)!

Our teeny, tiny post office ONLY takes cash or cheques. It is so small that there aren't ANY mail carriers.

Step 8 - Scan and Email Tracking Numbers

All those slips with the destination and 20-digit tracking numbers get scanned (so our "fat" fingers don't mess anything up) and emailed to you.
