Student Academy of Audiology - NOAC Chapter
The Student Academy of Audiology (SAA) is the national student division of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) that serves as a collective voice for students and advances the rights, interests, and welfare of students pursuing careers in audiology. Introducing students to lifelong involvement in activities that promote and advance the profession of audiology, SAA advocates for audiology services, information, education, and representation for the profession and for consumers of these services.

Become a national member of the Student Academy of Audiology online by submitting a completed application with a $60 application fee, a signed copy of the Code of Ethics, and a signature from a current Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

NOAC Chapter SAA Membership
We encourage students to become members of the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium chapter of SAA, which is the largest in the country! We are active in the greater Northeast Ohio community promoting hearing healthcare in a number of different ways:
5K Get into gEAR fundraiser with proceeds benefiting the "NOAC gEARed to Hear" fund to provide hearing aids to a local adult in need
Audiology Students Donate Assistive Devices to Haven of Rest
NOAC Chapter Meetings
NOAC SAA chapter meetings are held in the Fall and Spring semesters on Monday mornings immediately before or after Grand Rounds. Meetings are held in the Polsky Building in the room assigned for Grand Rounds.
*Undergraduate students are welcome to attend Grand Rounds presentations before or following SAA meetings.*
