Young Rembrandts Director, Jenn Baker
Noah Dobbins has been an employee at Young Rembrandts of Southeastern Pennsylvania since January 2024. It is a true honor to be asked to do his recommendation letter. Noah has been reliable, engaged, and an extremely articulate employee in the past year. He is much beloved as a teacher in his classes and will be missed by his students and our company. His passion for the arts is visible in his teaching style and artwork his students have produced under his careful instruction. Although I am sad to lose him as an employee, I am thrilled for his future endeavors in a full-time career pursuing his passions that he has worked so hard to pursue. On a personal note, he has truly been such a pleasant employee to manage and is generally just a lovely person. I wish him the very best in his chosen future career. I have full faith that any employer in his future will have the same experience.
Sincerely,
Jenn Baker

Noah’s experience at AFS as a student art teacher has given him the confidence that he’s ready for the next step in his journey as an educator. Noah's classroom reflections were insightful and professional He had the chance to collaborate in meaningful ways—talking through ideas about diverse student needs, curriculum design, and classroom strategies. Noah was able to assess students’ understanding, adapt when needed, and gain insight into what worked and why. He also felt completely at home in the classroom—comfortably managing materials, staying organized, and contributing wherever he was needed. One of the most memorable parts of Noah’s time at AFS was the connection he made with the students. By working with them one-on-one, he created a space where they felt supported and engaged. The students looked forward to seeing him each week, which spoke volumes about the relationships he was able to build in such a short time. Before AFS, Noah felt confident in his ideas and the art curricula he had developed. But this hands-on experience brought everything to life and helped him see that he’s not just capable of writing strong lessons—he’s fully prepared to teach them.
