•Collaborated with fellow board members to earn a 200% budget increase from campus leadership for the 2022-23 school year.
•Implemented a new budget framework to upgrade cornerstone events (Soul Food Dinner & BWBSA Prom).
•Managed budget to build new on-campus events centered around diversity and inclusion.
•Navigated intense dialogue about cultural differences and similarities on campus during general meetings.

Responsibilities:
•Received the honor of being named a David and Frances Brain Fellow alongside only nine other students.
•Supported the second year of Buzzin’ Black Friday’s black-owned business vendor market.
•Consulted with Brain Center leaders to bring a new approach to recruiting vendors and digital marketing.
•Revitalized the Buzzin’ Black Friday Instagram account with a new aesthetic and color pallet.
•Utilized paid ads to broadcast the event on social media for Northeast Ohio users.
•Completed a successful in-person event with 15 local black-owned businesses and over 175 attendees.
•Traveled to the 2023 NASPA Racial Equity and Social Change Conference in Washington D.C. to share strategies that advance racial equity and inclusion within campuses and communities.
