Official Press Release – Launch of No Ordinary Life (NOL) Malawi
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
No Ordinary Life (NOL) officially launches in Malawi, marking a major step in empowering young people with practical life skills, leadership development, and pathways to meaningful opportunities.
Lilongwe, Malawi - 16 May 2026
No Ordinary Life (NOL), an international youth‑empowerment organisation, is proud to announce the official launch of its Malawi chapter. This expansion builds on years of impact across Africa and the UK, equipping young people with the tools they need to thrive in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
The Malawi launch follows successful pilot sessions in schools and communities - including the Mangochi chapter launch at Nasenga CDSS, where students engaged in sessions on confidence, setbacks, and goal‑setting. NOL’s Founder, Claudia Newton, joined the session virtually to inspire students on the power of intentional goal‑setting and resilience.
Life Skills Training (CV writing, employability, financial literacy, communication, leadership)
Mentorship programmes connecting youth with volunteer mentors
Workshops and career development sessions across Malawi
Community outreach focused on confidence, purpose, and personal growth
Hybrid and online learning opportunities to reach youth nationwide
"Our vision is simple: to help young people realise they are capable of extraordinary things. Malawi is full of potential, and we are honoured to walk alongside young people as they build confidence, skills, and purpose-driven futures."
"This launch marks the beginning of a movement - one that believes every young person deserves access to skills, mentorship, and opportunities that unlock their greatness."
NOL is a youth‑focused organisation dedicated to empowering young people through practical life skills, leadership development, and inspirational storytelling. Through training, mentorship, workshops, and digital content, NOL helps individuals break out of the ordinary and pursue meaningful, purpose-driven lives.

Message from the Founder
Dear One,
I trust you’re making incredible progress with your 2026 focus so far. As we step into this new year, our organisational theme is Management.
Management isn’t just an organisational concept, it’s deeply personal. It shapes how we steward our time, our gifts, our relationships, and the assignments entrusted to us. This year, we’re leaning into management as a pathway to growth, alignment, and impact.
In our latest newsletter, you’ll discover how this theme emerged and what we’ll be exploring together throughout the year. I encourage you to take a moment to read it and reflect on how you can apply these principles in your own life.
