Maximo Mgwadira
Programmes Manager (Malawi)
Maximo is a development practitioner who has specialised in monitoring and evaluation. He has held several roles as a data contractor, monitoring officer and consultant for development projects in different sectors including health, education and gender.
Here is Maximo in his own words:
I am an avid football fan and enjoy watching documentaries because learning never stops. During my adolescent years, I was not furnished with skills that could have assisted me in my professional career and had to figure it out later on.
NOL is giving young people the platform to hone these skills at an early age which I did not have at the time and this is why I support the organisation. My dream for the youth is to become more confident in their skills and discover their true passion to effectively change the world. With the right attitude and a sense of togetherness, I believe the youth can achieve anything they want to in life.

He brings with him a vast wealth of knowledge & experience in making sure projects are executed with great attention to detail & in a timely fashion.
He has a passion for the 'beautiful' game and is passionate for young people to fulfil their potential.
