Schools Campaign

We are on a mission...

...to get no dig gardening into schools across the country. We know this is no small task, as most schools have time commitments, limited resources and lack of support with gardening, but we are determined and can't wait to see where it will take us!

Being a teacher, I know how important school is for children. By the age of 16, a kid will have spent around 12,000 hours in school in fact!  So it's a great place for them to immerse themselves in learning through doing, which is what No Dig School Gardening is all about.

In today's ever-changing world, we need to make sure children have the tools to make informed decisions about what foods they are eating and how these have been grown - after all, we do eat food every day, so it's a pretty important part of life!

Our aim is for kids to see what makes healthy soil, how this makes nutritious food, and how they can grow and eat better as they get older.
