October 18, 2022 Meeting:
The placement of the building closer to Esplanade Avenue is appropriate for the lot.
The brick bases at elevations should be extended up where a plaster finish is currently proposed.

November 16, 2021 Meeting:
Cladding materials should be simplified by removing the drop lap siding.
Elevation studies of the material composition should be brought to the next ARC meeting.
The glazing on the Esplanade side should match that on the Claiborne side so that the building has more presence on both thoroughfares.
The ARC requested that the applicant explore moving the proposal to the front corner of the lot of Esplanade and Claiborne, but that any location should be approved by Zoning.
