Staff Recommendations:
On November 1, 2023 the HDLC Commission voted to allow the demolition of more than 50% of the roof structure of 2015 Audubon. The approval was granted due to the Non-Contributing nature of the rear additions. On December 13, 2023 a Certificate of appropriateness was issued. A visual inspection was conducted on June 13, 2025 by HDLC Staff and found that 100% of the primary façade had been demolished. No work was approved for the primary façade and the drawings clearly stated that only the approved demolition was permitted. HDLC Staff was not contacted about the proposed façade changes for review.
