Previous ARC Recommendations:
06/16/26: The ARC recommended conceptual approval of the massing with the details to be worked out at the ARC level. The ARC requested details of the roof deck handrail and siding materials at the next ARC meeting. The ARC stated the option that retains the bay window roof was more appropriate. The street-facing scupper at the camelback should be moved to the side elevation where it has less visual prominence.
03/24/26: The ARC recommended deferral of this application for additional review and due to lack of quorum. The ARC recommended that the proposed stair in the gallery be moved to the interior and if more interior square footage is wanted that the addition could go further back into the rear yard.
