Staff Recommendations: 

On May 20, 2025 a final inspection was conducted and several items were found in deviation of the approved drawings. The owner has agreed to correct all items except the missing windows. The 2 windows on the left elevation closest to the front of the house and the 1 window on the right elevation closest to the front of the house, were not installed, per the approved drawings. The ARC frequently recommends that windows be added in these areas so that the new construction blends in with the neighboring buildings and does not have large blank walls near the front facade. However, the construction of the building has been completed and the house is currently up for sale. The current owner does not wish to reopen walls to correct the window placement. As this would be a costly endeavor, Staff recommends no objection to the retention.
