Description: Review of previously approved renovation of a Contributing rated, two-story, two-family residential building due to approval expiration. 

Previous ARC Recommendations:

05/24/16: The ARC approved the new exterior stair at the left side of the building as it will be minimally visible, but suggested contacting a structural engineer to consult on the proper structural design of the stair. The stairs at the Alix St. side of the building should not be modified. The proposed oval window is not appropriate, but a diamond-shaped window could be approved in the same location.
