05/16/23: The ARC voted to defer this application for additional review. The ARC stated that accurate drawings of the existing building should be submitted along with drawings of the proposed addition clearly delineated from the existing. The ARC recommended bringing the first-floor wall under the new addition across at the street side to give the appearance of an enclosure and to make the column at the opposite corner more substantial.
