November 17, 2020: The ARC voted to recommend the Commission approve the application with the details to be worked out at the staff level. The ARC requested that the following comments be addressed:
Horizontal wood skirt should continue around front elevation of building such that the pilings are not visible from the public right of way.
Roof should not project out past the façade of the building towards the street. Utilize a horizontal shading device above second floor openings on façade.
Develop the siding panels above the 2nd floor openings by articulating the butt joints of the panels. Joints should correspond to other architectural elements on the façade.
