NNoff ("we", "our", or "us") develops casual mobile games and applications (including Classic Solitaire Suite and other titles). Our applications are provided as ad-supported services at no cost and are intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use

Our games do not directly collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, physical address, or precise location). 

All game statistics, scores, achievements, and player preferences are saved locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services, Advertising and Privacy Choices

Classic Solitaire Suite uses Unity LevelPlay to manage advertising from Unity Ads, ironSource Ads and Google AdMob.

These services may collect and process device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, advertising interactions and diagnostic data to deliver and measure advertisements, prevent fraud and maintain their services. Processing depends on the service, applicable requirements and your privacy choices.

We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy choices where required. You can consent, decline consent or manage individual options. Where available, you can review and change your choices through the advertising privacy option in the game’s Settings. Declining consent does not prevent you from playing the game.

3. Children’s Privacy

Our games are designed for a general audience (13+) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
