Greta Markey

Greta is pursuing an MSc in Environment and International Development at the University of East Anglia as a 2022 Marshall Scholar. She received her Undergraduate Degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Next academic year, she will pursue a second MSc in Water Science, Policy, and Management at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on how local engagement and existing water practices can improve water infrastructure services.
