BBQ. Blues. Cars. Community.

For one weekend every January, the Alachua County Equestrian Center fills up with woodsmoke, chrome, and slide guitar.

The 4th Annual Newberry Blues & BBQ Festival & Car Show brings together sanctioned competition barbecue, live blues on the main stage, a field full of classic cars and trucks, and a market full of local vendors — on one of the prettiest properties in Alachua County.

Admission is free. A $10 People's Choice ticket gets you a taste of pulled pork from the pitmasters.

Bring a chair, bring the family, and come hungry.
