• Please fill out the registration form appropriately. Partly filled registration form will not be accepted.

• Before filling out this registration form, the participant need to pay the appropriate registration fee as per details provided below (or in the registration form)

• Send the filled registration form through email to organizers: regisNMRS2024@gmail.com (also mention total amount transferred and date of transaction)

• The subject line of email should be “Registration for NMRS 2024: <Your Name>”.

• After submitting the registration form, the participants are requested to submit the abstract for his/her poster or oral presentation (as per the selected option in the registration form).

• The format of the abstract is available here. Download the Abstract template.

• The abstract for the NMRS 2024 will be submitted through an email to abstractNMRS2024@gmail.com 

• Regarding accommodation, please confirm your request through an email to accomodationNMRS2024@gmail.com   

• The participants will be notified of abstract acceptance by Jan 10, 2024

• Abstract Submission Opens: October 15, 2023

• Registration Opens: October 15, 2023

• Abstract Submission Closes: December 31, 2023

• Intimation of Accepted Abstracts: January 10, 2024

• Registration Closes: December 25, 2023

• Conference Dates: February 02-05, 2024     

Note: The last date of the PhD student registration for the NMRS 2024 on discounted rates is 31st December 2023.
