This event is 100% run by volunteers! There are many ways parents and community members can help out with this event. We suggest that parents "pay it forward" by volunteering before their student is a senior. Graduating senior parents can also volunteer but will also be busy going to the graduation ceremony and entertaining family. Therefore, we encourage parents of younger students to volunteer too since they won't have the same demands on their time on this day.
Â
Volunteers are needed to help decorate the day of the event and to chaperone Project Graduation on the night of the event. There are a variety of shifts and ways to help. Please fill out Volunteer Form below.
Thank you - we couldn't do this event without you!
We also need volunteers to join the Planning Committee. The Planning Committee meets 1 x month from Sept- June and as the event approaches may need to put in a few extra hours time as positions below describe. Most Committee Members are present for most of the all-night event. If you're interested in any of our open positions below, please email us at pgnmrsd@yahoo.com.
