To order:

1. Please fill out this Senior Sign Form  one per student.

2. Pay using the method you specified on the form which is either Venmo or a Check.

1. Venmo: use QR code or enter PGNMRSD-2004 in Venmo app 

2. Check: Made out to Parent Group NMRHS and mail to PO Box 605, Townsend, MA 01469

3. Pick Up: 18 Julia Lane in Pepperell. Signs are on front porch and listed in alphebatical order. Pick up at your own convenience.
