Fundraisers

To order:

1. Please fill out this Senior Sign Form  one per student.

2. Pay using the method you specified on the form which is either Venmo or a Check.

1. Venmo: use QR code or enter PGNMRSD-2004 in Venmo app 

2. Check: Made out to NMRHS PG and mail to PO Box 605, Townsend, MA 01469

3. Pick Up: Front of High School, Wed April 29th 5-7pm, Thurs May 1st 5-7pm, Sat May 2nd 10-11am.
