Jeol NMR has a very different data format but can be imported into Matlab using the same approaches as the Bruker NMR data processing approaches
, Open Jeol Delta software (V5.3.3 in this example) and an example data is shown as follows.
, Before export, make sure to zoom out to the maximum. If the phase was adjusted, need to save the file first and open the saved file to do this step. A file with a different number will be saved with the phased one. If only zero calibration was carried out, no further saving step is needed
, Choose the JEOL Generic ASCII as the format. Be sure to save it to a new folder for better file organization
, An ASC file type will be saved, you can ignore the other file generated (HDR). Save all the files in the same folder
, Copy the MATLAB file (click) to the folder and change the work directory and run the script to import data into matlab
