I will walk in beauty happily my feet on sacred ground

and before me all the beauty of the earth it does surround.

And above me all the beauty I desire.

I will walk in beauty happily through seasons turning round

and I’ll hear the joyful birds. Do you hear their sounds abound?

I will walk in beauty happily my trail is pollen sweet

And the grasshoppers are a jumping and a singing at my feet.

I will walk in beauty happily through storm and pain and grief

And my trail will guide me through the weather, that is my belief.

I will plant and sow and harvest all the seeds for you and me
