Research Experiences

• Population modeling of cancer: I am currently a member of Yang Epi-Modeling Group at Columbia University. Our goal is to explore the risk factors responsible for early onset cancer.

• Modeling cancer dynamics: I was a Visiting Assistant Professor at UMass Amherst and a member of Shahriyari Lab from 2020 to 2023. Our team worked on developing data-driven patient-specific models of cancer progression. 

• Arterial Biomechanics: My Ph.D. thesis was about  Finite Element Simulation of Atherosclerotic Plaque through Morphoelasticity under the supervision of Dr. Fok.
