TRAVEL BONUS

Travel Bonus Policy

Please note that not all programs offer a travel bonus. If a travel bonus is offered, it will be clearly stated in the event invitation notes as well as the shift notes.

Should you require travel assistance for an event that does not include a travel bonus, you may request approval from the Staffing Manager in advance. However, please understand that we primarily hire local staff, and travel bonuses are limited and not guaranteed.

PRE-APPROVED Travel Bonus

To qualify for a travel bonus, you must meet the following criteria:

• Arrive on time

• Complete the full shift

• Receive positive feedback from your team lead or client
  
  

Brand Ambassadors may be eligible for a travel bonus when offered. To claim reimbursement, you must submit a screenshot of your maps app through StaffConnect within 12 hours of completing your shift. The screenshot must include:

• Your home address

• The meeting location

Drive time is only applicable to staff who are physically driving their vehicle to and from the meeting location.

Carpooling Encouraged

To promote cost savings and environmental responsibility, we encourage carpooling whenever possible. Working together helps reduce expenses and supports a more sustainable future.

Travel Time Compensation Details

• The first 30 minutes of travel time each way is unpaid.

• Remaining travel time will be reimbursed at your hourly rate in 15-minute increments, up to a maximum of 2 hours.

• Travel time is only compensated for off-the-clock driving time, defined as time exceeding 30 minutes to or from an activation.

• If you are driving during working hours, you will not receive additional compensation unless prior approval has been granted by your NMG Staffing Manager.
