🧭 Team Lead (TL)

You’re responsible for:Prepping staff with key info

• Checking in with clients and reporting back

• Submitting a post-event recap

🔍 Product Specialist (PS)

aka: The Brand Brain

You’re not just repping the brand—you know it inside and out. You’re the expert on the floor at events where deeper knowledge matters.

You might be:

• Demoing tech

• Guiding product trials

• Answering detailed consumer questions

Perfect for:

• Confident communicators with a background in sales, retail, or product knowledge. Experience with the brand or category helps a lot here.

🎛 Production Assistant (PA)

aka: The Event Ninja

Not all roles are front and center—and that’s exactly what makes PAs so essential. You’re the one moving furniture, managing lines, setting up signage, and making it all look seamless.

You might be:

• Handling load-in/load-out

• Managing registration

• Running gear or materials

• Supporting the event flow behind the scenes

🚨 Standby & Backup Roles

aka: Be Ready to Step In

Want to get your foot in the door? These roles are key.

• Onsite Backup: You show up in uniform, ready to work if needed. If not used, you’re released and still compensated for your time.

• On-Call Standby: You’re not onsite unless we call you in. If we do, you’ll jump in fast and earn a bonus for stepping up.

🎓 Student Ambassador
