Zentangle Names - Studio Art

Zentangle is a style of drawing, mainly abstract, that uses repetitive patterns and represents an artistic method that can be very relaxing!

Students used Canva to create their names in a hollow effect and then drew Zentangles in the negative space, learning about line & space – two elements of art.

"Future So Bright" Grid Portraits - Drawing & Painting

Students created grids on reference photos and drawing pages, working to draw what they actually see in each grid (rather than what they THINK they see).

Students had the choice of adding sunglasses, as collage overlays, representing their BRIGHT FUTURES!
