End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This agreement applies to users who utilize software developed and released by my personal project “nkmr appworks.” By using these my softwares, users are deemed to have agreed to this contract. 

The contents of this agreement are subject to updates at irregular intervals, and such updates become effective upon posting. 

Users are required to periodically review the terms to continue using these softwares. 

This agreement applies to all individuals who have purchased or use these softwares. 

The agreement applies equally to both free and paid softwares, as well as to updates to the softwares.

Grant of License: 

The software is licensed, not sold, to you. The rights to the software, including any libraries, source code, text, fonts, images, audio, and other assets used within, are not transferred to you. 

A limited and non-exclusive right to use the software is granted to users who have purchased it and their legally recognized family members for personal use. 

All rights to the software not explicitly granted to you in this agreement are reserved by my personal project “nkmr appworks.” Rights to works created by authors other than “nkmr appworks” used within the software are reserved by their respective copyright holders.

Restrictions: 

You are prohibited from reselling, lending, copying, redistributing (including making available for download by third parties over the network), sublicensing, modifying, altering, plagiarizing, or engaging in similar activities with the software (except that copying for personal use as a backup is exceptionally permitted). 

You are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, or creating derivative works from the software, distributing its source code, text, fonts, images, audio, or other assets, or engaging in similar activities. 

Acquisition of the software by illegal means is prohibited. 

Any other unauthorized use of the software is prohibited. 

The restrictions under this agreement apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Warranty and Disclaimer: 

The software is provided “as is” without any warranty. 

The licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the user as a result of using the software. Please use at your own risk.

Miscellaneous: 

Since “nkmr appworks” is operated individually, there is a possibility that updates to the software or services may be halted due to my sudden illness, death, or other reasons of the responsible party. 

However, my project will make every effort to improve services and improve quality as much as possible.

Governing Law: 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
