We all live under stress in our everyday life, competitive pressure, and traitorous companionship, we all experience from time to time feelings of loneliness, rage, hatred, and despair in our lives. But, there are times, we find ourselves with a happy feeling and a burst of motivation or good vibes and energy of determination, in this case, we try to finish up things we already started. We also drive ourselves to accomplish things we plan and want to achieve, Which can make an effective impact on our lives and attract more happiness.

Something is always happening that prevents us from embracing this motivation from becoming sustainable and a lasting part of our lives. We push ourselves to start embracing new ways, learning new things, that we believe can be contributing to us in the future, but it appears it's always small and insignificant things.

It usually happens during a time of encouragement to change how we think, Usually, it comes on times such as New Year's, Birthdays, or when we're around like-minded people that inspire us, that is usually the time we stop and ask ourselves,
WHAT DO WE REALLY CREATE LIVING OUR OWN LIVES?

It is a factor that we can control and sustain throughout the years to come, put yourself with inspiring people, who helps and don't judge.

Our environment is what affects us. It's the way we think, and behave; Think of motivation like a plant seedling in our life, it needs care, minerals, and water to become the mindset to create a sustainable motivation status. If you want to learn how to change your thinking process, you need to control your environment first, create a better environment, supportive, chalangible that affects life and inspire them.

Change Your PROCESS of THINKING

Create a positive environment around you - the people you hang out and work with, the location in which you live, the way you walk, sit, eat, can change and sustain positive behavior, and will serve you over a long time.

Most of us don't realize that the environment that surrounds us day by day, positive or negative, affects us, and send a message to all that sees us. That is because we've gotten into a deep ROUTINE, everybody loves routine hang out with the same people we work or have fun with, we like to eat the same food over and over, learn the same way, drive the same way. It is difficult to jolt out of this routine unless we take them to stop, think, take some challenge and risk, and give our self a different reflection.


Create a PROVIDING ENVIRONMENT

There are several ways to design a better environment that suits you and serve you.

1. Identify Motivation Environment

Find those environments in your life that impact most of your motivation, happiness, and positive feeling and behavior. embrace them and start using them often.

2. Automate Positive Decisions for your Benefit

Bring new opportunities into your life, meet new people often, design an environment that can automate good decisions for you.

3. Remove the negativity within you or that comes from your environment

Identify those negative environments around you that creates unhappiness feelings, negative influence, or demotivate.

Actively design a self-motivated environment, that enables you to sustain it in the long-run. Achieve your future end goals. Constantly re-design your environments, practice, and make them correct from the first time. form a habit of making decisions that good for you, but actively think about doing good for others, this will make it a good, successful decision.


Eventually, think of life as a challenging game, the more we design an environmental system that gives us an advantage, the better results we can expect for what we want out of life.
