About Me

I am an Associate Professor in Department of Computer Science at Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India. The broad area of my research is Natural Language Processing. Natural Language Processing (NLP) is an exciting and  rich  source of  challenging  theoretical  and  practical  problems  for  the  computing   scientists.  In  particular,  NLP  seeks  to understand, analyse, model and implement the linguistic phenomena of natural language as accurately as possible. Natural language is the most commonly used medium for encoding and transmitting knowledge, a reality which puts NLP at the centre of the so-called knowledge economy of the information age.

I was born in Ajmer, India. I did my schooling form St. Anselm's Sr. Sec. School, Ajmer and completed my under-graduation from MCRP University, Bhopal and my Post Graduation from MD University Rohtak. I completed my M Tech in Computer Science from JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, Udaipur and did my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Banasthali Vidyapith.

I am passionate about travelling and seeing lots of new places around. I also love listening to Indian Classical Music (Both Hindustani and Carnatic). It is so much fun to hang out with friends and I love doing that.

Before coming to Banasthali, I have worked with Amity University, MDS University (Guest Faculty), Regional Institute of Education (Project Intern)
