Conference Rules
Conduct: Please conduct yourselves as ladies and gentlemen throughout the weekend. Please respect the other attendees, other guests of the hotel, the hotel staff, the members of the Elks & the hotel property.
Name Badges: All attendees are required to wear their name badge during the entire conference except when in their hotel rooms.
Attendance: Your participation and attendance at all activities, workshops, and meals is required.
Dress Code: Appropriate casual clothing is expected. Please no revealing clothing, offensive tee shirts or attire containing drug or gang related references. Hats are not permitted. Attire for the dance is casual.
The Conference is Drug, Alcohol, Tobacco & Vape Free: This conference promotes a drug-free lifestyle. The use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco & vaping devices is strictly prohibited. The use of prescription medication must be noted on your health form prior to registration.
Cell Phone Usage: Cell phone usage is not allowed in any meeting rooms. Cell phones must be turned off and out-of-sight during all keynotes, workshops, and other organized activities unless noted otherwise.
Personal Electronics: Personal electronic devices may not be used during any organized program unless noted otherwise. Conference organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Hotel Rules: Conference participants are required to remain in the hotel during the entire conference weekend. The parking garage, parking lots, pool, health club and balconies are all off limits for insurance reasons. Hotel room phones are for emergency use only.
Face Masks: Unless otherwise notified wearing a face mask is optional based on your personal preference.
Visitors: No visitors will be permitted during the conference. If conference participants visit your room, the door must be propped completely open.
Room Check: All students must be in their assigned rooms by the designated room check time and are not permitted to leave their rooms during the night.
